As a seasoned Lead Data Scientist with a rich background in consultancy, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to the realm of data science. My journey from Ernst & Young to my current leadership role at Beamery has been marked by a consistent pursuit of innovation and practical solutions leveraging the state of the art technical solutions. At Beamery, I’m leading core machine learning efforts, driving forward-thinking projects that enhance our understanding of HR analytics through advanced machine learning techniques.

My approach is rooted in seeing beyond the algorithms, focusing on real-world applications and strategic business impact. I thrive in environments where I can contribute from the design stage, applying a 'founder-like' mindset to understand problems and go deep into the data before optimising for solutions. My interpersonal skills, shaped by leadership experiences at work, various NGOs and student organisations, enable me to communicate effectively across all organisational levels and foster collaborative, empowering team dynamics.
